We offer standard shipping (approximately 1 week to USA) for all of our orders but if you need a fast shipping please email us to email@example.com with your name and order number.
All our deliveries are handled by EMS or designated shipper working with our freight forwarder.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you. To minimize delays, we recommend using your work address as your delivery address. Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery.
Also note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.
You may be charged for duties or taxes depending on your country.
All orders are shipped out from our international warehouse located in Jeonju city, South Korea.
Import tax or duty for all international orders
Please note for all international orders: We usually cover custom duties or taxes for all the FTA eligible countries but depending on the country you are shipping to, you may be required to pay an import tax or duty (for example value added tax, VAT) imposed by the operation of law that is in addition to the item & shipping price. Please contact your local customs office for an estimate of the charges - this may differ by country.
We ship out all of our orders from our international warehouse located in South Korea.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Make sure to mention your name and "return" on the title of the email thread. You will be asked to attach photos of the garment front, back & inside to confirm condition of item. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyer is required to pay return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
**please note that some made to order items, for example, shoes with custom sizing with added foot width or clothes with custom sizes are made-to-order and cannot be refunded.
We do not offer exchanges - only returns. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
**Please note we may ask for your PayPal account to process the partial refund depending on the condition of the item.
