1. IT TAKES TIME TO MAKE GOOD GARMENTS

Every garment is handmade by myself and our samplemakers in our little studio so it takes more time and care to make each garments.
We may have small number of stock on certain styles but we might have to make it and ship it to you on other styles.
Please keep in mind that it may take 1~3 weeks for you to receive your order depending on the item you choose.

2. MAXIMALIST AT HEART BUT KEEPING THE PRODUCTION SMALL

We don’t overproduce our garments. Most of our garments are made in a small number of stock or it is made-to-order so if there is no order, usually the garment doesn’t get made.
It is a slow and careful process but we do this to ensure the quality of the garments and reduce any unnecessary waste that is harmful to our planet. So please understand that it is very difficult to process a refund.
However, if there is a problem with the item or if you don’t like the item you received, we can exchange it to a different item or give you a store credit.
If the price of the new item you selected is higher than your previous order, only the extra amount would be charged.

3. HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE ITEMS

Our garments are made with fabrics that are; carefully printed, dyed, embellished and woven.
To keep it in a good condition, please make sure to read the care instruction paper or check the care label sewn onto the inside of the garment.

4. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We offer free worldwide shipping on each order. The return shipping charge per each return package may vary depending on your location.
If you have received a defected or a wrong item, the return shipping is free.
If you are returning due to customer changes, you will be responsible for a shipping fee.

5. CUSTOM ORDERS

We don’t usually do custom orders but depending on the season we may be able to work it out, please reach out to us via email.
